Terms of Delivery

Goods that are in stock and ordered no later than 12:00 on a working day are dispatched no later than the next working day after order processing and are usually delivered within an average of three to six working days. If the ordered goods are in the store, dispatch will be delayed by one working day. The goods must first be delivered to the central warehouse, from where they are then sent.

Goods are delivered via carriers GLS, DHL, TNT, UPS.

After confirmation of the order dispatch, you will be informed which carrier has been selected for delivery. We will provide them with your contact details, and they will confirm the delivery date with you on the day of delivery.

Delivery prices are:

• Standard package from €3.90 incl. VAT
• Bulky package from €7.90 incl. VAT
• Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt) is not available until further notice
• The exact shipping price is calculated at checkout

Orders placed during holidays are handed over for shipping on the next working day.

If we are unable to deliver the goods, we will contact you and agree on the next steps (you will receive information about the availability of the goods, we will offer you an alternative product, or we will cancel the order).

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the goods are dispatched no later than the next working day after the amount is credited to the seller's account.

If the goods are not in stock, they are marked as "on order"; in this case, you can contact the seller by email or phone to inquire about the availability of the item. The seller will inform the buyer of the delivery time, and upon the buyer's approval, a purchase contract is concluded.

The seller is not responsible for:

• Delayed delivery of goods caused by the carrier or postal service
• Delayed delivery of goods caused by an incorrectly provided recipient address by the buyer when ordering
• Any non-delivery of goods due to unforeseeable obstacles that the seller could not influence.
